We are adding another noon class to the available times to come in and get your WOD on!
Starting October 8th, this Monday, we will have a Noon class added to the schedule. You can come in during work any day but Tuesday now for a noon workout.
We can’t wait to see you there!!!
*please make sure you reserve the class at least 30 minutes before coming, if you don’t and no one else has then there will not be a coach on location :’-(
CrossFit Memorial Houston will be hosting a fundraising workout for Hurricane Harvey victims on Saturday, September 9. Heats will start at 8 am and we will run as many as we need to. The workout is a partner wod (teams of 2, M/F, MM or FF).
Registration is $50 per team and all donations will go straight to the Red Cross through the crowdrise site. We chose the Red Cross because it will help all people affected by Harvey from Corpus through Houston, Beaumont and Louisiana and not just locally. Some of those area’s don’t have the fundraising capabilities that Houston has available. IMPORTANT: Once you have made your donation on the site, you will receive an email from crowdrise detailing out how to sign up for a division/heat. We will have waivers on hand that morning at check in. The deadline for registration is Friday, September 8, at noon.
Register here: https://www.crowdrise.com/harvey-recovery-fund

Please be sure to reserve the class in Wodify before showing up so you don’t get to the gym to find out a class is not happening. When reserving make sure in the drop down box has all programs listed.
