Nutritional Challenge Details:
WHAT: Challenge yourself to make healthy nutritional choices! Examples of plans to follow are; the Paleo or Zone Diets, or a nutritional plan outlined by Michael Florida (http://www.fuelingyourlife.net) and work to achieve your goals.
Sign up on the whiteboard at the box and give a coach $20 to enter – CASH ONLY! This is the money to go to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners!
WHEN: 6 weeks – Monday, May 1st – Friday, June 9th

Pot Luck Social – Friday, April 28th at 6 pm
This will be a fun event to meet more people in the CFMH community, where we can share ideas and support each other! Coaches will be available to share their nutritional feedback as well as answer any questions you may have. Please bring a healthy dish you would like to share with everyone, 10-20 small servings would be perfect! We will provide utensils.

HOW: Complete a baseline 400m Run, Max Effort Sit Ups in 1 Minute and document waist measurement: April 24th – April 30th*
*Complete final 400m Run, Max Effort Sit Ups in 1 Minute and document waist measurement: June 5nd – June 9th
*Your waist measurement must be taken by a coach at CFMH and the same person must measure both times; this should be taken at your belly button. The winners will be based on percentage change of your 400m Run, ME Sit Ups in 1 Minute and waist measurement.
All results must be turned in to Tricia at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than midnight Monday, June 12th. Winners will be announced on Friday, June 16nd.
