Dining out can be easy and fun when you are trying to stay in the Zone or Paleo. All it takes is a little planning and preparation. For me, I always review the menu prior to going out to take time to study my options. That way I go into my meal with a few options that fit into my daily meal plan.
My favorite dining out location is Mexican food! For some people this could spell diet disaster, but there are many great choices! I simply order the grilled meat platter with grilled veggies and a side salad. This goes great with a little guac and pico too!
Of course I ask them to avoid putting the chips on the table altogether!
