Be careful of hidden sugars!!
Take half a minute to look at the label of the pre-packaged foods you buy, you might surprise yourself!
I was shocked to learn some time ago that the fat free 1/2 & 1/2 I was putting in my coffee was FILLED with carbs – all from sugar!! I quickly switched to 1 TBSP of heavy cream and have never looked back. The same goes for Almond Milk and Coconut Milk – make sure you buy “unsweetened”!
