CFMH family,

In the wake of the latest "stay-home-work-safe" order from the county, we are adjusting again to continue to serve you and ensure you can reap the benefits of health, fitness, and community.
To this end we will be running three classes each weekday beginning Thursday 3/26 through Zoom.

Classes will be held at the following times:

5:30am Coach Cam Ashcroft
12pm Coach Jordan Cook
5pm Coach Jordan Cook

Each class will be 30 minutes in length and will be able to be completed with no equipment along with recommendations for how to modify to include equipment if you have it. We will post Zoom instructions here, so check this space!
