CFMH family,
In the wake of the latest "stay-home-work-safe" order from the county, we are adjusting again to continue to serve you and ensure you can reap the benefits of health, fitness, and community.
To this end we will be running three classes each weekday through Zoom.

We are excited to open the box back up on May 18th! To ensure we are catering to everyone’s new schedules, please watch for a FB poll to be posted early next week for our new class schedule requests.

Equipment return will be held May 14th and 15th at 8 am and 5:30 pm.

You can find the Zoom workout under "Home WOD" in Wodify daily.

Each class will be 30 minutes in length and will be able to be completed with no equipment along with recommendations for how to modify to include equipment if you have it. We will post Zoom instructions here, so check this space!
