Workout of the Day: Wednesday, 20-May-2020

Announcement
We are excited to be offering classes again May 18! Yay!! ⠀
Below are a few bullet points of what to expect:⠀

•15 person class limit (well below 25% capacity)⠀
•6 open gym spots per class time (please be sure to sign up for this in Wodify ahead of time)⠀
•Personal/large taped off workout sections⠀
•Coaches will preset equipment ⠀
•Athletes sanitize their section⠀
•Coaches sanitize between classes⠀
•Regular DisInfx sanitization cleaning and testing taking place⠀

Our schedule will be evolving and we will be adding more classes as weeks go on, so please keeping checking Wodify and social media.⠀
Please reserve your class! We don’t want to have to turn anyone away.

Classes will be held at the following times:
9 Am and 5:30 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Each class will be 30 minutes in length and will be able to be completed with no equipment along with recommendations for how to modify to include equipment if you have it. We will post Zoom instructions here, so check this space!
