Here are your Options:

  1. If  you have never done crossfit before, please join us in our Saturday 8:30 am class for free.(Please show up 10 minutes early, no need to sign up)
  2. If you would like to start now or drop in to a class, please email Tricia to let her know what day and time you can drop in.
  3.  You can start with our On-Ramp Program. Read about our On-Ramp program by clicking here.
  4. If you have at least 3 Months CrossFit Experience please contact us to schedule an assessment.
