*try to add weight each set (5-10lbs)
Power Clean (Work to heavy power clean in 8 min then )
Power Clean (8 EMOM 3 Touch and GO Power Cleans 70% of previous)
Metcon (Time)

2 Clean and Jerks 165/105
2 BMU or Jumping BMU or Burpee Pull-ups
2 Wall Walks
*If doing the RX movements will keep you from going right into the next movement then scale down
