30 sec Hollow Hold
5 Push-up to Down Dog

Deadlift (15 min to work up To HEAVY DL single
Set of 10 then increase weight, 7, 4, 2 etc)

Sub lighter weight foe reps or Sumo Deadlift if back is tight

800m Run
80 Air Squats
40 Push-ups
20 Strict Pull-ups

Mobility

Time Permitting
Roll your Lats, Glutes and Quads
Pigeon and Childs Pose
